Arvind, Founding Member of Attune Technologies, has around 10 years of experience in areas of Entrepreneurship, Enterprise Technology Architecture Management, Pre-Sales and Client Management across different International Geographies. As Technology Specialist at Philips Medical Systems, he was responsible for design and development of the state of the art Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) product. During his stint in iSoft, Arvind managed software architecture for the world’s largest civilian IT project – Connecting For Health (CFH), National Health Service, UK. Arvind is currently providing the leadership and handling operational & strategic initiatives at Attune.
Besides Attune, Arvind is the Founding and Management Committee member of Gnyan Prabodh, an NGO working towards eliminating illiteracy in India. He was one of the founding members of the trust with a modest sponsorship of 3 students in year 1999 and grew the trust to sponsor 313 students in the year 2007. In total, 700 students with the sponsorship amount of Rs. 17Lakhs has been disbursed by the trust. Arvind is also a Professional cricketer and has represented his district and state in various tournaments. He holds a BE from Madras University, MS Software Systems from BITS Pilani and MBA from IIM Calcutta.
Dr. Anand Gnanaraj graduated from the prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore (www.cmch-vellore.edu) and later completed his MD in Internal Medicine and DM in Cardiology. He is currently a practicing Interventional Cardiologist and Deputy Medical Superintendent at the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Madras Medical Mission, Chennai; www.mmm.org.in.
Apart from being a Consultant, Dr. Gnanaraj is the assistant editor of the Journal of the Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases and has many academic publications in national and International journals to his credentials. He was an invited guest speaker at the National Conference of the Cardiological Society of India (www.csi.org.in) and delivered a lecture on “Electronic Medical Records - The Future of Medical Documentation and Research” in December 2007.
He has been practicing clinical medicine for over 18 years and has a critical understanding of patient care and the nuances of hospital management. His experiences with patients and medical personnel in various institutions have given him a vast experience in understanding the way people in hospitals use electronic systems. Being a practicing cardiologist, he translates the daily challenges in a hospital, smoothly, into electronic work flow.
A passionate Information Technology enthusiast, he has evolved with computers in hospitals from the early nineties and has witnessed all the early teething problems that hospitals faced in converting paper based content into electronic data. He has developed several EMR solutions and has been actively involved in software consulting for almost a decade and has previously headed the functional team in Integrated Hitech. Ltd. He is currently heading the clinical team at Attune and is responsible for driving the functional strategy of the healthcare IT solutions. He provides the concept and basic structure for the software and is involved in its development strategies.
Ramakrishnan, Founding Member of Attune Technologies, has over 10 years of experience in design and delivery of Mission Critical Applications. Having been with reputed organizations like Intel, Accenture and iSoft, Ramki has traveled extensively and worked with diversified set of customers across the globe. In his previous Job, Ramki was one of the solutions architects for the connecting for health program, in the UK responsible for architecture and design of state of the art Lorenzo product.
While working for Intel, Ramki was responsible for design and development of technology applications that runs Intel’s internal processes during the manufacturing of chipsets. Prior to Intel, Ramki was a part of yet another mission critical project for the London Stock Exchange where live transactions of traders would be processed using the technology solutions headed by him.
For Attune, Ramki brings a wealth of knowledge in architect and designing mission critical applications and technology management. He is responsible for managing the technology of Attunes state of the art technology solution.
Apart from work, Ramki is a cricket player represented various levels in the domestic cricket circuit.
Partha has got more 15 years of experience in advertising, communications, marketing support and entrepreneurship across various verticals. As a Head of Marketing Support and Communications for Netvision and DSQ software he was responsible for the global communications and investor relationships. He has conducted numerous press meets and Investors activities in U.S, U.K and India. He is a creative thinker and has the reputation of organising the first ever job fair in Chennai.
Earlier in his career, partha was part of the sanmar groups advertising division and has experience in organizing various events and activities for the group. As head of BPO division of Pentasoft, he was responsible for setting up and growing the division. He is also an seriel entrepreneur and a big startup enthusiast. Partha heads the sales & marketing function for Attune and is responsible of setting and managing the entire sales organisation. He is a positive contributor and completely passionate about his job.
Graduated in Electronical Engineering from Kingston University, Mohanaraj has developed a keen interest in the field of medical imaging. He has a number of years experience working for Alcatel-Lucent, the global communications solutions provider, where he developed an understanding of fibre-optic technology. As an engineer for British Telecom, he has first hand experience of rapidly advancing telecommunication and broadband technology. He has gained valuable knowledge of web based innovation ideas as well as the advanced workings of national IT infrastructure. He has developed excellent customer relations in his role as a front line engineer. Mohanaraj is an experienced entrepreneur in developing small businesses of varied nature.
Mohanaraj is an avid athlete and cricket player who now volunteers regularly to promote sports in the community. He helps Attune in Business Development activities.
